NATIONAL SUMMARY
Severe thunderstorms will target a large swath of the United
States tomorrow. Several different complexes of damaging
storms will develop. The first will target areas from the
northern Plains to the Midwest, while another develops
across portions of the Ohio Valley and Northeast. Damaging
wind gusts, hail and heavy rainfall will be the main threats
with any storms, but isolated tornadoes cannot be ruled out.
Elsewhere, heat and humidity will persist across much of the
Plains. Thunderstorms will continue to erupt across large
parts of the Rockies, but much of the rest of the West will
remain dry. Comfortable conditions will persist across much
of California.
