NATIONAL SUMMARY
As a large storm system continues to move through the
Intermountain West tomorrow, unsettled conditions will
remain in place. Periods of rain, while not especially
intense, will continue through much of the day in coastal
Oregon and Washington. Farther south along the California
coast, a few showers also cannot be ruled out, though the
majority of the day will be dry. Farther east across the
northern Rockies and Great Basin, heavy snow is expected.
Snow will be heaviest in Wyoming, where over 6 inches may
fall over the span of the day. Meanwhile, thunderstorms in
the Southeast will shift into Alabama, with a few
containing hail and strong wind gusts.
