NATIONAL SUMMARY
Locally severe thunderstorms can bring damaging winds from
central New York southward to the northern Florida Panhandle
tomorrow. Even outside of thunderstorms, winds can be
locally damaging. Lingering snow could cause slippery travel
during the morning in southern Minnesota, northern
Wisconsin, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and northern
Lower Michigan. Meanwhile, a couple of rain and snow showers
will occur in eastern Iowa, southern Wisconsin, northern
Illinois, northern Indiana and western Lower Michigan. Rain
and mountain snow will expand throughout Washington, Oregon,
Idaho, western Wyoming, western Montana and Northern
California. Central and Southern California will get a
welcome break from recent rain and snow. Warmer air will
arrive in the central and southern Rockies.
