County considers partial closure of Eagle Bend Road

In an effort to deter future thefts and unnecessary traffic, a portion of Eagle Bend Road could be closed by the Yazoo County Board of Supervisors.

Witnesses unwilling to talk about shootings to investigators

Police Chief Ronald Sampson said no suspects have been arrested following shootings at 640 West Second St., a convenient store that also holds a pool hall.
