The city of Yazoo City will replace the marker at the Witch’s Grave in Glenwood Cemetery after it was destroyed by vandals. The Board of Mayor and Aldermen approved the $3,900 project with Delta View Custom Design Monuments LLC.

Madison man killed in Niven Rd. crash

A Madison man was killed in a one-vehicle crash in Yazoo County over the weekend.
Yazoo County Coroner Ricky Shivers said Joseph Scott Letteri, 36, was pronounced dead on the scene of the crash by Pafford EMS paramedics.
