Bennie Shiers

Bennie Guy Shiers of Bentonia passed away on Dec. 10, 2020 surrounded by his family.

Funeral services will be held on Dec. 12 at his home site under the direction of Shaffer & Collins Funeral Home.

Mr. Shiers was born April 16, 1946 to Eddie Guy Shiers and Mary Etta Shiers.

Everyone knew him for being the greatest produce man for Sunflower.

Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Mona Lee Shiers; six sons, Bo Shiers, Little Man Shiers, Jeremy Shiers, Pooh-Bear Shiers, Cup-cake Shiers and Tinker Shiers; daughters, Dink Shiers, Kesha Shiers, Heaven Shiers and Blossom Shiers; 30 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Family members will serve as pallbearers.
