NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL SURPLUS PROPERTY
Pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. §19-7-3, Yazoo County, Mississippi gives notice that it is offering for sale to the highest satisfactory bidder that certain County owned real property located off of Highway 3 in Yazoo City on which Coleman Motors was formerly located. Specifications regarding the property being offered for sale may be obtained from the Yazoo County Administrator’s office located at 210 E. Broadway Street, Yazoo City, Mississippi,
662-746-8668. All members of the public, as well as any interested businesses, are invited to submit bids for said property. All such bids must be submitted under seal to the Chancery Clerk of Yazoo County, Mississippi by no later than June 23, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. All bids which are submitted under seal by this deadline will be opened and considered by the Yazoo County Board of Supervisors on June 23, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the meeting room of the Yazoo County Board of Supervisors, 211 E. Broadway Street, Yazoo City, Mississippi. The right to reject any and all bids is expressly reserved.
The property is being offered AS IS and WITHOUT WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATIONS, and title to the property will be conveyed to the winning bidder by quitclaim deed only after receipt in full of payment by Yazoo County.
