Many local volunteers recently participated in the National Semi-Annual Drug Take-Back Day, sponsored in part by a partnership of Warren-Yazoo Behavioral Health, the Drug Enforcement Agency, and local law enforcement agencies. Stations were set up to collect unwanted or unused prescription and non-prescription drugs, as a way to keep them off the streets and out of the wrong hands, and to create a better, healthier environment for Yazoo County residents. Pictured on the front row are Rosalyn Glascoe, Ruth Irvin, Mable Luvert Hill, and Linda Brown. Standing on the back row are Tomasinia Taylor, Natalie Edwards, Millicent Ledbetter, April Ward, Mary Rector, Fabian Killingsworth, and Gloria-Elayne Owens.
