Innovative Behavioral Services (IBS), Incorporated recently held its 19th Annual Lifesavers Event in both Yazoo and Madison Counties, respectively. via continuous collaboration and partnerships with local businesses, organizations and volunteers since 1997 and IBS, Incorporated sponsored the Yazoo segment held at H & M Sno Biz at 1501 Jerry Clower Boulevard, and was a huge success.
About 100 children/youth and adults, including those actively involved in the Lifesavers Family Literacy Project, still celebrating beyond National Ice Cream Month, participated in the activities at Sno-Biz. Patrons received an assortment of health, educational and recreational tools and items, including face masks, hand sanitizer, water bottles, school supplies, leisure books, brochures and other informative items to arouse awareness regarding the dangers of tobacco, alcohol and other substances abuse and lots of cool goodies and treats.
