Here in Enchanted Hills, we are playing a guessing game.
We never know when or if a garbage truck will appear to take off the garbage. It seems that Saturdays are the worst days.
All of us pay to have the household garbage removed, and we expect consistent and reliable service. We are not yet living in a third world country, so there can be no excuses, none whatsoever, for the poor service we are receiving.
Put an administrator in charge who will see that the routes are run when they are supposed to be run. If this cannot be done, the city should contract with a private company that will get the job done and keep a reliable schedule
The present system is not working.
