Anna Kiley Leal blasted a three-run homer to help Yazoo County earn an 8-3 win over Morton.
Yazoo County has now captured the district title five years in a row.
Lilly Andrews struck out 10 batters against Morton to help the Lady Panthers secure the win.
Morton scored the first run, but Ella Alexander hit a two-run double to give Yazoo County a 2-1 lead in the bottom of the third inning.
Leal had two strikes against her when she hit the homer over the center field wall to extend the lead. Leal led the Lady Panthers with three RBI.
Andrews went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead the Lady Panthers in hits.
Minley Crozier also had a hit and an RBI.
The Lady Panthers were set to travel to Grenade on Tuesday.
