Billy Hutchinson cuts the ribbon on his new business, True Addiction Tattoo Studio, located at 317 South Main Street. Hutchinson is an award-winning artist with over 18 years of experience. Licensed in four states, Hutchinson has been licensed to work in Mississippi since 2001. Hutchinson specializes in realism and color bombing, but he can do any kind of work. Hutchinson said he plans to be an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and wants to get involved in the community. “Sometimes there is a negative stigma associated with tattoo studios, but we want the community to know that we are professional artists, and we plan to be a positive part of the business community,” Hutchinson said.
