Primary runoff elections to be held Aug. 29

After the Aug. 8 primary elections, there will be five local posts heading into a runoff election on Aug. 29.
Those runoff elections include:
• Democrat bid for Chancery Clerk with Esa Bryant and Romeka Mack. Mack received 777 votes with Bryant earning 697.
