A home on Grand Avenue was raided for a second time in two weeks Monday morning, and two suspects were charged in connection to juveniles that had been reported missing in Yazoo City.
Preston Flowers was charged with kidnapping, child endangerment, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
Tamela Herrera was charged with accessory after the fact, child abuse and possession of methamphetamine.
FBI agents, Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics agents and local officers first raided the home last Wednesday after three juveniles had been reported missing. The three juveniles, ages 16, 13, and 10 were located and placed in protective custody.
Investigators believe they were being held against their will at the home located across from First Baptist Church on Grand Avenue.
More arrests may be forthcoming, and federal charges are also possible.
Additional details will be available in the next edition of The Yazoo Herald.
