A Belzoni police officer was arrested in Yazoo City after local officers found him passed out in his patrol car, allegedly with a methamphetamine pipe in his hand, at the Four Points intersection.
Police Chief Terry Gann said James Jackson, 41, was charged with possession of paraphernalia and DUI refusal.
