A Yazoo City man was recently sentenced to 27 years, with 12 to serve, behind bars in a statutory rape case that was investigated and prosecuted by the state attorney general’s office.
Adrian Hill, of Yazoo City, was sentenced on Aug. 4 in Yazoo County Circuit Court by Judge Jannie Lewis-Blackmon.
