Now that Donald Trump is the Republican nominee for President, the media is bringing out the long knives in an attempt to weaken or destroy his candidacy. Trump University has for the last week received the focus of the media, and every politico in the country is attacking Trump for saying that the federal judge handling the case was “biased.”
Trump is fond of saying, “This country is in a mess.”
I agree, it is in a mess. Nothing works anymore. Government, as large and as powerful as it is, no longer serves the people. The legislative branch of our government is not responsive to the will of the people, and the president thinks he has the power to dictate anything that comes to mind whether or not it is in keeping with the Constitution.
Congress is not interested in government of the people and by the people, its only interest is to get re-elected. Our government is corrupt. Government is picking winners and losers by implementing “crony capitalism,” and Obama is set on turning this country into a socialist banana republic. So far, he has done well. Illegal immigrants are flooding into this country in increasing amounts, and nothing is being done to stop this increasing flow.
But what about the courts, Are they corrupt? One would hope that the courts would be the place where the Constitution is upheld and that everyone is equal before the bar of justice.
If you hold this opinion, you are naively wrong. Take for example Chief Justice John Roberts. Roberts was the swing vote that upheld Obamacare, the socialized healthcare plan that today is destroying our economy. We knew that four other progressive judges would support Obama and the Democrats. This law, by all former court rulings, was unconstitutional. This law mandated that American citizens purchase a health insurance policy whether they wanted it or not. Americans have never been forced to purchase a product in the history of our country, yet Roberts voted to make Obamacare constitutional by calling the mandate a tax.
Even Obama’s justice department did not argue that this was a tax. Rather they called it what it was, a mandate.
Robert’s ruling was corrupt. He did mental gymnastics and creative writing to make this law constitutional.
That is just one example. Today Trump is arguing that the Federal Judge hearing the Trump University case is biased. If you will study the details of the case, you will probably agree. This Obama appointed judge is a Hillary Clinton supporter, and a member of an Hispanic advocacy group that is akin to La Rosa, an activist group that would like to see California ceded back to Mexico. Trump wants to deport all illegal aliens back to Mexico. A Hispanic judge who supports everything Mexican cannot help but be biased against Donald Trump. To date, Trump has not been treated fairly by this liberal federal judge.
The only sensible thing for this judge to do is recuse himself from the case. Otherwise, the American public will see to their dismay that all three branches of our government have been corrupted.
This is the most bizarre election year I have ever experienced. Hillary is one step away from an indictment, Bernie Sanders is advocating an overthrow of our government and ignorant people are buying his argument, and the Republicans are devouring their own. Paul Ryan is an absolute disgrace along with conservative pundits like Glenn Beck, George Will, Bill Kristol, Brett Hume, and Charles Krauthammer.
This country is “a mess” thanks to these establishment moguls who prefer a corrupt government to the “will of the people.”
