Sarah Mae Rice

Sarah Mae Rice, 89 years old, died peacefully in her home on October 18 ,2018.   Sarah Mae was a lifelong resident of Bentonia, MS.  She graduated from Anding High School and continued her education at Belhaven College.  She is a member of   Bentonia Baptist Church.




Hoyt T. Holland Jr.

Hoyt T. Holland Jr., 93, of Jackson, insurance executive and political redistricting consultant, died of natural causes on Thursday, October 18, 2018, at the Mississippi State Veterans Home in Jackson.




Willie Gerald Warrington Sr.

Willie Gerald Warrington, Sr., 77, passed away October 15, 2018 in Mobile.  A visitation will be Friday, October 19, 2018 at Serenity Funeral Home from 5-7 PM.  Funeral services are scheduled for 2 PM Saturday at Government Street Baptist Church with interment in Serenity Mem
