Dr. and Mrs. Daniel Calhoun McLeod, of Yazoo City, announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Mary Morgan McLeod, to Rolland Tyler Daniels, the son of Dr. and Mrs. Rolland Daniels, of Pendleton, Ind.
Miss McLeod is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Taylor Collins Jr. and the late Dr. and Mrs. Hugh Carroll McLeod.
She is a 2003 graduate of Manchester Academy. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Mississippi and Doctor of Medicine from the University of Mississippi. Dr. McLeod also completed her residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics from the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
She is an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Everett Daniels of Collinsville and the late Robert Turner and Mrs. Lois Turner of Indianapolis, Ind.
He is a graduate of Northmont High School in Clayton, Ohio. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History at Anderson University in Anderson, Ind. and a M.B.A. at Anderson University.
He is employed at State Farm Insurance in Jackson.
The couple will be married on October 10, 2020 at 6 p.m. at the home of the bride’s parents in Yazoo City with Rev. Rolland Daniels officiating.
A reception will be held following the ceremony at the bride’s parents’ home in Yazoo City.
