Miss Newlon to wed Mason
Mr. and Mrs. Ricky and Patsy Clay of Yazoo City announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Pastina Newlon, to Frederick Mason, the son of the late Lillie Bell Mason and Sam Pleasant.
Grandparents of the bride-elect are Lizzie and Jack Hollins of Yazoo City.
The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Clara Wilson.

Chism and Rebecca Patterson of Sidon announce the birth of their daughter, Bailey Cale Patterson, born on January 11, 2010, at Greenwood Leflore Hospital. She weighed seven pounds and 11 ounces and was 20 inches long.
