TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, the following described Deed of Trust was executed by Essie Mae Edwards to Richard G. Peaster as Trustee for B. Bryan Jones, III, to wit:
Deed of Trust dated September 13, 2007, recorded in Land Deed of Trust Book 355B at Page 105
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust; and B. Bryan Jones, III, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Trustee to execute the trust and sell the hereinafter described land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Richard G. A public hearing will be held on September 1, 2009, to provide the general public with an opportunity to comment on the proposed budget of the Public Service Commission of Yazoo City, Mississippi, for the fiscal year which begins October 1, 2009 and ends September 30, 2010. This public hearing will be held in the boardroom of the Public Service Commission, 210 S. Mound St., Yazoo City, Mississippi 39194 at 5:00 P.M. All interested citizens are encouraged to attend this public hearing.

AUTHORITY INVITATION FOR BIDS GROUNDS KEEPING AND GRASS CUTTING SERVICES

The Yazoo City Housing Authority is now accepting bids for grounds keeping and grass cutting located within the city limits of Yazoo City, Mississippi.
Bids will be received until 2:00 PM local standard time at the central office of the Yazoo City Housing Authority, 121 Lindsey Lawn Drive, Yazoo City, Mississippi, 39194, on Monday, September 14, 2009, where at this time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Bids may be mailed to: Attention Executive Director, Yazoo City Housing Authority, P.O. Box 128, Yazoo City, Mississippi, 39194.
All bid envelopes must be clearly marked on the exterior of the envelope, “GROUNDS KEEPING AND GRASS CUTTING SERVICES BID TO BE OPENED Monday, September 14, 2009 AT 2:00 PM.”
On Wednesday, September 09, 2009, at 10:00 AM, a pre-bid conference will be held at the Housing Authority Office, 121 Lindsey Lawn Drive, Yazoo City, Mississippi, At this time and place all bidders will have an opportunity to tour the sites and grounds to be maintained.

The Yazoo City Housing Authority is seeking proposals for a pest control/management program for 290 units of public housing including all offices, community centers and related Housing Authority spaces.
Proposals will be received at the office of the Yazoo City Housing Authority, 121 Lindsey Lawn Drive, Yazoo City, MS 39194, until 2:00 p.m., September 14, 2009.
Interested firms must submit their proposals in a sealed envelope plainly marked “SEALED PEST CONTROL PROPOSAL”, attention Mrs, Betty Wallace-Reed, Executive Director. Proposal specifications can be obtained by contacting Yazoo City Housing Authority at (662) 746-2226 or by writing in care of the above Housing Authority address. No “faxed” proposals will be accepted.
All submitted proposals shall be evaluated for responsiveness to the requirements of the request for proposals. Those proposals not in accordance: with the RFP shall be deemed no responsive and eliminated from further evaluation.

The Yazoo City Housing Authority will hold a public hearing to obtain comments on its FY 2010 Public Housing Authority Agency Plan to be presented to the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Said hearing will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, September 14, 2009, at the Housing Authority office, 121 Lindsey Lawn Drive, Yazoo City, Mississippi.
The Agency Plan identifies on a five-year basis goals and strategies of the Housing Authority as required by the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998.
