WHEREAS, on November 2, 2007, William T. Kuhn a/k/a William M. Kuhn and Terri J. Kuhn, a married couple, executed a Deed of Trust to Tim Williams, Trustee for the benefit of 21st Mortgage Corporation, as recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Yazoo County, Mississippi, in Book 392B at Page 77, reference to which is hereby made; and
WHEREAS, said 21st Mortgage Corporation, under the power granted to it in said Deed of Trust, by instrument dated May 18, 2011, duly spread upon the record and recorded in Book 393B at Page 162, in the office of the Chancery Clerk aforesaid, did substitute the undersigned Marc K. NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on March 23, 2006, Carl Jones and Spouse, Lillie Jones, executed a certain deed of trust to Don W. Ledbetter, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Yazoo County, State of Mississippi in Book 335B at Page 369; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was subsequently assigned to U. S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset Backed-Certificates, Series 2006-HE6 by instrument dated May 8, 2012 and recorded in Book 403B at Page 288 of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, U. S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset Backed-Certificates, Series 2006-HE6 has heretofore substituted J. Gary Massey as Trustee by instrument dated May 16, 2012 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office in Book 403B at Page 681; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, U. S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset Backed-Certificates, Series 2006-HE6, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, J. Gary Massey, Substituted Trustee in said deed of trust, will on August 22, 2012 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the South Door of the County Courthouse of Yazoo County, located at Yazoo City, Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in Yazoo County, State of Mississippi, to-wit:
Lot 1 of Monroe Subdivision, being situated in Lot 15 of Pugh's Square, Yazoo City, Yazoo County, Mississippi, according to a map or plat of same recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 45 of the Records of Plats of Yazoo.

WHEREAS, the United States of America, acting by and through the United States Department of Agriculture, is the owner and holder of the following real estate deed(s) of trust, securing an indebtedness therein mentioned and covering certain real estate hereinafter described located in Yazoo County, Mississippi, said deed(s) of trust being duly recorded in the Office of the Chancery Clerk in and for said County and State:

If you oppose this annexation or otherwise wish to be heard, you ar required to appear before the Hon. Janace Harvey-Goree in the Chancery Court of Holmes County, Lexington, Mississippi, on August 30th at 1:30 p.m. Any correspondence regarding the proposed annexation should be addressed to J.
