TO: ALL OWNERS AND PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE TINSLEY FIELD, YAZOO COUNTY MISSISSIPPI:
Take notice that Denbury Onshore, LLC (the “Applicant”) has filed an application with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board requesting authority to drill the TFU 2S-15 #1 well in the  Tinsley Field, Yazoo County, Mississippi, (“the Well”), to be utilized as an approved Class II enhanced oil recovery saltwater and/or carbon dioxide injection well.
The proposed location of the well is 150 feet from the south line and 1603 feet from the east line of Section 2, Township 9 North, Range 3 West, Yazoo County, Mississippi.
Applicant requests authority to drill said well as an approved Class II enhanced oil recovery injection well through an injection interval of 5,110 feet to 5,135 feet below the surface but, in any case, to include the entire Tinsley CO2 Oil Pool as set out in the Unit Order. If necessary, the Applicant will place a liner inside the casing string to protect or provide mechanical integrity. The Applicant may also deepen the well, as necessary, to place the liner in the wellbore.  The well will be utilized for pressure maintenance and secondary recovery operations on the Field Unit, a compulsory field wide unit in the Tinsley Field.
Applicant’s administrative permit application in this matter is on file in the offices of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board located at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, where it is available for public inspection during usual business hours.
Any interested persons wishing to submit written comments to the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board regarding this administrative permit application must do so within twenty (20) days following the publication of this public notice.

TAKE NOTICE THAT Denbury Onshore, LLC as unit operator, has filed a Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above docket requesting approval of a Plan of Unitization for the Tinsley Northeast Stevens Unit in the Tinsley Field, Yazoo County, Mississippi, consisting of the above described lands and for approval of the Unit Agreement and Unit Operating Agreement in order to effectively carry on repressuring, pressure maintenance, secondary recovery, cycling operations, water flooding operations, the injection of extraneous substances, or any combination thereof, calculated substantially to increase the ultimate recovery of oil and associated gas from the unit as formed.  The creation of said Unit is requested pursuant to the fieldwide unit provisions of the Conservation Law of the State of Mississippi, being § 53-3-101, et seq., of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended.
The Petition in this matter is on file and of record in the office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined.
The Petition will be heard by said Board at 10:00 o’clock a.m., on the 19th day of December, 2012, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.
If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance, you must notify the Board and the Petitioner’s representative of your intention in writing by not later than 5:00 o’clock p.m. on Tuesday, the 11th day of December, 2012, being seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing.  Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request continuance.

WHEREAS, on May 8, 2003, Donald Matthews, husband and wife, Lashone Matthews, executed a deed of trust to McKay, Simpson, Lawler, Franklin & Foreman, PLLC, Trustee for the benefit of First Choice Funding, Inc., which deed of trust is recorded in Deed of Trust Book 296B at Page 542 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of the County of Yazoo, State of Mississippi; and

TO: ALL OWNERS AND PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE TINSLEY FIELD, YAZOO COUNTY MISSISSIPPI:

Take notice that Denbury Onshore, LLC (the “Applicant”) has filed an application with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board requesting authority to drill the TFU 12-1 #1 well in the  Tinsley Field, Yazoo County, Mississippi, (“the Well”), to be utilized as an approved Class II enhanced oil recovery saltwater and/or carbon dioxide injection well.
The location of the well is 501 feet from the north line and 519 feet from the east line of Section 12, Township 10 North, Range 3 West, Yazoo County, Mississippi.
Applicant requests authority to drill said well as an approved Class II enhanced oil recovery injection well through an injection interval of 4,864 feet to 5,325 feet below the surface but, in any case, to include the entire Tinsley CO2 Oil Pool as set out in the Unit Order. If necessary, the Applicant will place a liner inside the casing string to protect or provide mechanical integrity. The Applicant may also deepen the well, as necessary, to place the liner in the wellbore.  The well will be utilized for pressure maintenance and secondary recovery operations on the Field Unit, a compulsory field wide unit in the Tinsley Field.
Applicant’s administrative permit application in this matter is on file in the offices of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board located at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, where it is available for public inspection during usual business hours.
Any interested persons wishing to submit written comments to the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board regarding this administrative permit application must do so within twenty (20) days following the publication of this public notice.
