TO: ALL OWNERS AND PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE TINSLEY FIELD, YAZOO COUNTY MISSISSIPPI:
Take notice that Denbury Onshore, LLC (the “Applicant”) has filed an application with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board requesting authority to drill the TFU 2S-15 #1 well in the  Tinsley Field, Yazoo County, Mississippi, (the “Well”), to be utilized as an approved Class II enhanced oil recovery saltwater and/or carbon dioxide injection well.
The proposed location of the well is 150 feet from the south line and 1603 feet from the east line. The proposed bottom hole location is 114 feet from the south line and 1353 feet from the east line of Section 2, Township 9 North, Range 3 West, Yazoo County, Mississippi.
Applicant requests authority to drill said well as an approved Class II enhanced oil recovery injection well through an injection interval of 5,097 feet to 5,122 feet below the surface but, in any case, to include the entire Tinsley CO2 Oil Pool as set out in the Unit Order. If necessary, the Applicant will place a liner inside the casing string to protect or provide mechanical integrity. The Applicant may also deepen the well, as necessary, to place the liner in the wellbore.  The well will be utilized for pressure maintenance and secondary recovery operations on the Field Unit, a compulsory field wide unit in the Tinsley Field.
Applicant’s administrative permit application in this matter is on file in the offices of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board located at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, where it is available for public inspection during usual business hours.
Any interested persons wishing to submit written comments to the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board regarding this administrative permit application must do so within twenty (20) days following the publication of this public notice.

Please take notice that beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 19, 2013, in the hearing room, Suite E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi, the State Oil and Gas Board will hear the Petition of Dove Oil Corporation for authority to drill its Stewart 20-3 No. 1 Well (“the Well”) on the above described 160-acre oil unit. Petitioner is proposing to drill the Well at an exception surface location approximately 250 feet from the North line and 1,542 feet from the West line of Section 20, T12N-R1W, Yazoo County, Mississippi, to test all productive intervals down through the Norphlet Formation within the Unit with a full allowable. Petitioner is also requesting authority to integrate all interests in the proposed Unit. Petitioner reserves the right, after testing the Norphlet Formation, to rework the Well into a horizontal well and to reform the Unit into an exceptional sized 640 acre oil unit.  Petitioner believes the cost to rework and recomplete the Well as a horizontal well will be such that it would constitute economic waste to require normal 160 acre spacing for such a deep well.  Petitioner expects the objective Norphlet formation to have reasonable permeability and porosity which would allow the recompleted horizontal Well to drain the enlarged drilling unit area.  Accordingly, should formation test results be favorable, Petitioner reserves the right to reform the unit into an exceptional sized 640 acre unit, comprising all of Section 20, T12N, R1W, Yazoo County, Mississippi, with the right to drill up to three (3) additional increased density horizontal wells on the 640 acre unit so long as the wellbores are no closer than 200 feet from all unit lines and 600 feet from all other wells.  Creating the exceptional unit will prevent offset drainage and will help prevent drilling unnecessary wells.  
A copy of said Petition is on file in the office of the State Oil and Gas Board, Suite E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi and may be there examined by any persons interested.  At said hearing, all interested persons may appear and be heard.

The Mississippi Department of Human Services, Division of Early Childhood Care and Development is holding a public hearing in Jackson, MS to collect public comments related to the Child Care Development Fund Plan for federal fiscal year 2012-2013. Those interested in commenting on the draft of the state plan may submit written comments and/or provide them orally at the hearing.  This hearing is being held only to collect input from interested parties about the draft of the CCDF State Plan.
