To all owners and persons interested in the following described lands in Yazoo County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Tinsley Northeast Stevens Unit
Yazoo County, Mississippi

Section 6:      The S½ of the SW¼
Section 7:      The W½
Section 18:    The N½ of the NW¼
Township 10 North, Range 3 West
Section 12:    The SE¼ of the NE¼ and the E½ of the SE¼.
TAKE NOTICE THAT Denbury Onshore, LLC as unit operator, has filed a Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above Docket requesting implementation of the Plan of Unitization for the Tinsley Northeast Stevens Unit in the Tinsley Field, Yazoo County, Mississippi, consisting of the above described lands because it has, or will have, secured the necessary statutory percentage of both working and royalty interest within the Unit in order to effectively carry on repressuring, pressure maintenance, secondary recovery, cycling operations, water flooding operations, the injection of extraneous substances, or any combination thereof, calculated substantially to increase the ultimate recovery of oil and associated gas from the Unit as formed with unit operations to commence February 1, 2013.  The implementation of said Unit is requested pursuant to the fieldwide unit provisions of the Conservation Law of the State of Mississippi, being § 53-3-107, et seq., of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended.
The Petition in this matter is on file and of record in the office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined.
The Petition will be heard by said Board at 10:00 o'clock a.m., on the 16th day of January, 2013, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi 39202 at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.
If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance, you must notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention in writing by not later than 5:00 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, the 8th day of January, 2013, being seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing.  Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request continuance.
You are advised that the Board may adopt orders concerning a petition which may differ from the relief requested by the petitioner and the Board will enter such order or orders, as in its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.

WHEREAS, on August 29, 2003, Katherine J. Pierce, unmarried, executed a deed of trust to Robert McKinney, Trustee for the benefit of AmSouth Bank, which deed of trust is recorded in Deed of Trust Book 302B at Page 140 and modified by Instrument recorded in Book 312B at Page 778 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of the County of Yazoo, State of Mississippi; and                 WHEREAS, by merger effective November 4, 2006, AmSouth Bank became Regions Bank; and
