Said bids may be mailed to or left with the Yazoo County Chancery Clerk at the Chancery Clerk’s building located at 211 East Broadway, Yazoo City, Mississippi, prior to the time set for the receiving of said bids. The Port Commission Board will open and consider all said bids at its regular meeting to be held on February 13, 2013 at the Chamber Board room located at 212 E. Broadway, Yazoo City, Mississippi.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
