TO:      Any and all heirs of Robert Lee Lowery, DOB: 03.23.1986, whose place of residence, street address and post office address are unknown to Petitioners after diligent search and inquiry to ascertain same.
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Emily White Lowery, Administratrix of Plaintiff, seeking Determination of Heirship.
Defendants other than you in the action are: Any person with a claim as an heir of Robert Lee Lowery.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Complaint or Petition filed against you in this action at 9:30 o’clock a.m. on the 7th day of February, 2013, in the Courtroom of the Yazoo County Chancery Courthouse located in Yazoo City, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
