YAZOO COUNTY MISSISSIPPI:
Take notice that Denbury Onshore, LLC (the “Applicant”) has filed an application with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board requesting authority to drill the TNESU 7-6 #2 well in the Tinsley Northeast Stevens Field Unit of the Tinsley Field, Yazoo County, Mississippi, (the “Well”), to be utilized as an approved Class II enhanced oil recovery saltwater and/or carbon dioxide injection well.
The proposed surface location of the well is 1,933 feet from the north line and 1,986 feet from the west line.  The proposed bottom hole location of the well is 1,953 feet from the north line and 1,400 feet from the west line of Section 7, Township 10 North, Range 2 West, Yazoo County, Mississippi.
Applicant requests authority to drill said well as an approved Class II enhanced oil recovery injection well through an injection interval of 5,440 feet to 5,485 feet below the surface, but in any case to include the entire Tinsley Northeast Stevens Field Unit Pool as set out in the unit order. If necessary, the Applicant will place a liner inside the casing string to protect or provide mechanical integrity. The Applicant may also deepen the well, as necessary, to place the liner in the wellbore.  The well will be utilized for pressure maintenance and secondary recovery operations on the Field Unit, a compulsory field wide unit in the Tinsley Northeast Stevens Field Unit of the Tinsley Field.
Applicant’s administrative permit application in this matter is on file in the offices of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board located at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, where it is available for public inspection during usual business hours.
Any interested persons wishing to submit written comments to the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board regarding this administrative permit application must do so within twenty (20) days following the publication of this public notice.

TO ALL OWNERS AND PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE BENTONIA FIELD, YAZOO COUNTY AND MADISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI:
Take notice that Bulldog Operating Company, LLC, (hereinafter the "Petitioner") has filed a Petition with the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi, under Docket No. 24-2013-D, to extend the inactive well status for an additional period of not less than one (1) year for seven (7) inactive and closed-in oil and gas wells located in the Bentonia Field, Yazoo County and Madison County, Mississippi, as follows:

THOMPSON 3-12 No. 8 Well
FARMER 3-6 No. 7 Well
THOMPSON 3-5 No. 13 Well
FARMER 3-11 No. 3A Well
FARMER 3-12 No. 5 Well

Petitioner requests an extension of the inactive well status of the seven (7) wells in accordance with the provisions of Statewide Rule 28(A.)(2.)(a.) (as amended).
Said matter will be heard by the said Board commencing at 10:00 o’clock, A. M. on February 20, 2013, in the Hearing Room of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board located at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter. A copy of the Petition in said matter is on file in said office where it is available for your inspection.
If you intend to contest said Petition or request a continuance, you must notify the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and the Petitioner’s representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 o’clock, P. M. on Tuesday, February 12, 2013, (seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for said hearing). Failure to so notify the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and the Petitioner shall constitute a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance in said matter.
You are advised that the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board may adopt orders concerning this Petition which may differ from the relief requested by the Petitioner and the Board will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.
