INTERFUND TRANSFER

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 27-105-367 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, the Board of Supervisors of Yazoo County, Mississippi hereby gives notice of the following:
THAT there currently exists a surplus balance of $79,495.36 in the Yazoo County 2002B Refunding Bond Special Fund (“2002B Special Fund”);
THAT the monies in the 2002B Special Fund were authorized to be used for the payment and retirement of the Yazoo County 2002B Refunding Bond;
THAT the Yazoo County 2002B Refunding Bond has been fully and final paid and retired;
THAT the Yazoo County Board of Supervisors proposes to transfer the aforesaid 2002B Special Fund surplus balance to the Yazoo County Rubbish Special Fund to be used for the payment of expenses associated with Yazoo County’s garbage collection activities;
THAT any qualified Yazoo County electors wishing to object to said proposed transfer must do so in a signed petition filed with the Yazoo County Chancery Clerk no less than thirty (30) days following the date of the first publication of this notice.

WHEREAS, on June 23, 2008, Robert L. McCaleb and Dixie M. McCaleb executed a Deed of Trust to James E. Smith Jr., Trustee for the benefit of Heritage Banking Group, as recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Yazoo County, Mississippi, in Book 363B at Page 302; and,

WHEREAS, on June 23, 2008, Robert L. McCaleb and Dixie M. McCaleb executed a Deed of Trust to James E. Smith Jr., Trustee for the benefit of Heritage Banking Group, as recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Yazoo County, Mississippi, in Book 363B at Page 302; and,

WHEREAS, on April 15, 2011, the Mississippi Department of Banking and Consumer Finance closed Heritage Banking Group, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation was named Receiver; and

RE: APPLICATION OF DENBURY ONSHORE,     LLC FOR ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY TO DRILL THE TNESU 7-14 #2 TO BE UTILIZED AS AN APPROVED CLASS II ENHANCED OIL RECOVERY SALTWATER/CO2 INJECTION WELL TINSLEY NORTHEAST STEVENS UNIT OF THE TINSLEY FIELD YAZOO COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
PUBLIC NOTICE

TO: ALL OWNERS AND PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE TINSLEY NORTHEAST STEVENS UNIT OF THE TINSLEY FIELD YAZOO COUNTY MISSISSIPPI:
Take notice that Denbury Onshore, LLC (the “Applicant”) has filed an application with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board requesting authority to drill the TNESU 7-14 #2 well in the Tinsley Northeast Stevens Unit of the Tinsley Field, Yazoo County, Mississippi, (the “Well”), to be utilized as an approved Class II enhanced oil recovery saltwater and/or carbon dioxide injection well.
The proposed surface location of the well is 1,446 feet from the south line and 1,222 feet from the west line.  The proposed bottom hole location of the well is 732 feet from the south line and 1,812 feet from the west line of Section 7, Township 10 North, Range 2 West, Yazoo County, Mississippi.
Applicant requests authority to drill said well as an approved Class II enhanced oil recovery injection well through an injection interval of 5,435 feet to 5,500 feet below the surface, but in any case to include the entire Tinsley Northeast Stevens Unit Pool as set out in the unit order. If necessary, the Applicant will place a liner inside the casing string to protect or provide mechanical integrity. The Applicant may also deepen the well, as necessary, to place the liner in the wellbore.  The well will be utilized for pressure maintenance and secondary recovery operations on the Field Unit, a compulsory field wide unit in the Tinsley Northeast Stevens Unit of the Tinsley Field.
Applicant’s administrative permit application in this matter is on file in the offices of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board located at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, where it is available for public inspection during usual business hours.
Any interested persons wishing to submit written comments to the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board regarding this administrative permit application must do so within twenty (20) days following the publication of this public notice.

Cellular South, Inc.
is proposing to install a monopole telecommunications tower 0.15 miles north of Highway 149 and 0.35 miles west of Highway 49 East in Yazoo City, Yazoo County, Mississippi 39194 at latitude 32° 50’ 33.9†north and longitude 90° 23’ 39.7†west.  The height of the tower will be 64.3 meters above ground level (157.3 meters above mean sea level).  The tower is anticipated to have steady red lights, FAA Style E (L-864/L-865/L-810).  Interested persons may review the application for this project at www.fcc.gov/asr/applications by entering Antenna Structure Registration (Form 854) file no. A0786413 and may raise environmental concerns about the project under the National Environmental Policy Act rules of the Federal Communications Commission, 47 CFR § 1.1307, by notifying the FCC of the specific reasons that the action may have a significant impact on the quality of the human environment.  Requests for Environmental Review must be filed within 30 days of the date that notice of the project is published on the FCC’s website and may only raise environmental concerns.  The FCC strongly encourages interested parties to file Requests for Environmental Review online at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest, but they may be filed with a paper copy by mailing the Request to FCC Requests for Environmental Review, Attn: Ramon Williams, 445 12th Street SW, Washington, DC 20554.  A copy of the Request should be provided to Environmental Engineers, Inc. at 11578 US Highway 411, Odenville, Alabama 35120.
