COUNTY OF YAZOO    WHEREAS, on May 15, 2007, Oba Golden and Kissey Golden executed a promissory note payable to the order of Equifirst Corporation; and

Take notice that Petra Solidus LLC (hereinafter the “Petitioner”) has filed a Petition with the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi, under Docket No. 255-2011-D, requesting authority to diagonally drill and complete its USA 19-6 No. 1 Well, Yazoo County, Mississippi, from an off unit surface location to a regular bottomhole location on an irregularly-sized 160-acre oil drilling and production unit comprised of the hereinabove described lands and for related relief.
The proposed well because of topographical reasons is to be diagonally drilled and completed to a depth of 9000 feet below the surface for the purpose of testing and producing an undefined oil-producing interval of the Washita-Fredericksburg formation and any other pools and formations which may be encountered.
