Letters of Administration having been granted on the 9th day of February, 2012, by the Chancery Court of Yazoo County, Mississippi, to the undersigned counsel for the Administrator of the Estate of Herman Lee Cox, deceased, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate to present the same to the clerk of this court at Post Office Box 68, Yazoo City, Mississippi 39194 for probate and registration according to the law within ninety (90) days from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.

NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS, on March 6, 2001, Terrie L. Felton executed a promissory note payable to the order of Homeside Lending, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid promissory note was secured by a Deed of Trust dated March 6, 2001, executed by Terrie L. Felton and being recorded in Book 266B at Page 17 of the records of the Chancery Clerk of Yazoo County, Mississippi; and which aforesaid Instrument conveys to Homeside Lending, Inc., Trustee and to Homeside Lending, Inc., as Beneficiary, the hereinafter described property; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, NA by an Assignment filed of record on January 8, 2007, and recorded in Book 344B at Page 546 in the office of the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Yazoo County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Bank, NA, having executed a Substitution of Trustee to substitute Floyd Healy as trustee in the place and stead of Homeside Lending, Inc., the same having been recorded in Book 400B at Page 18 of the records of the Chancery Clerk of Yazoo County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, default having occurred under the terms and conditions of said promissory note and Deed of Trust and the holder having declared the entire balance due and payable; and
WHEREAS, Floyd Healy, Substituted Trustee in said Deed of Trust will on the 29th day of March, 2012, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., offer for sale and will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the South front steps of the Yazoo County Courthouse, located at 209 East Broadway Street in Yazoo City, Mississippi, the following described property located and situated in Yazoo County, Mississippi, to wit:
