NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL SURPLUS PROPERTY
TAKE NOTICE that Yazoo County, Mississippi is offering for sale as scrap metal to the highest bidder certain vehicles which are no longer functional and have been declared surplus property.  The surplus property is organized in two separate lots, one of which is located at the Yazoo County Barn and one of which is located at Saxton’s Garage.  Each of these lots shall be separately sold to a single bidder who submits the highest sealed bid for each such lot (i.e. neither lot will be separated and sold in parts to multiple bidders).  The property shall be sold as scrap metal for the highest price per ton bid.  Anyone wanting to inspect the surplus property prior to submitting a bid should contact the Yazoo County Barn during regular business hours.
All members of the public are invited to submit bids for said surplus property, and the bids must specify the lot for which the bid is being submitted and state the price per ton the bidder offers to pay for the property.  All bids must be submitted under seal to the Chancery Clerk of Yazoo County, 211 East Broadway, Yazoo City, Mississippi, by no later than 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 12, 2013.  All bids which are submitted under seal by this deadline will be opened and considered by the Yazoo County Board of Supervisors on April 12, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., in the Yazoo County Board of Supervisors Meeting Room located at 211 East Broadway, Yazoo City, Mississippi.  The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL SURPLUS PROPERTY
TAKE NOTICE that Yazoo County, Mississippi is offering for sale as scrap metal to the highest bidder certain vehicles which are no longer functional and have been declared surplus property.  The surplus property is organized in two separate lots, one of which is located at the Yazoo County Barn and one of which is located at Saxton’s Garage.  Each of these lots shall be separately sold to a single bidder who submits the highest sealed bid for each such lot (i.e. neither lot will be separated and sold in parts to multiple bidders).  The property shall be sold as scrap metal for the highest price per ton bid.  Anyone wanting to inspect the surplus property prior to submitting a bid should contact the Yazoo County Barn during regular business hours.
All members of the public are invited to submit bids for said surplus property, and the bids must specify the lot for which the bid is being submitted and state the price per ton the bidder offers to pay for the property.  All bids must be submitted under seal to the Chancery Clerk of Yazoo County, 211 East Broadway, Yazoo City, Mississippi, by no later than 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 12, 2013.  All bids which are submitted under seal by this deadline will be opened and considered by the Yazoo County Board of Supervisors on April 12, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., in the Yazoo County Board of Supervisors Meeting Room located at 211 East Broadway, Yazoo City, Mississippi.  The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
