WHEREAS, on October 23, 2009, JESSIE M. SIMMONS executed that certain Deed of Trust to M&I SUPPORT SERVICES CORPORATION as Trustee (the “Trustee”) for the benefit of STATE FARM BANK, F.S.B. Texas Eastern Transmission Corporation, Yazoo City Compressor Station located at 5170 Racetrack Road, in Yazoo City, MS, (713) 989-8357 has applied to the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality for the following permitting action: Reissuance of NPDES Permit Ref. No. MS0047457. The applicant's operations fall within SIC Code 4922.       
Texas Eastern Transmission Corporation, Yazoo City Compressor Station is an existing natural gas pipeline compressor station. This permit will authorize the permittee to continue to discharge miscellaneous non-process wastewater from compressor building sump and turbine pit sump, air receiver condensate, equipment cleaning, turbine pit cleaning, and drainage of secondary containment, after treatment, into Willis Creek, and then into the Yazoo River.  Wastewater treatment consists of sediment filtration, oil and water separation, carbon absorption and clay/coal filtration.
The staff of the Permit Board has developed this draft permit based on information submitted to the Permit Board by the applicant, appropriate State and Federal agencies and other interested parties. The staff of the Permit Board is soliciting all relative information pertaining to the proposed activity, including public comment, to ensure that the final staff recommendation on the draft permit complies with all State and Federal regulations. Public review and comment on the draft permit and supporting documentation is an important element in the staff evaluation and resulting recommendation to the Permit Board. The draft permit conditions have been developed to ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulations but are subject to change based on information received as a result of public participation.
Persons wishing to comment upon or object to the proposed determinations are invited to submit comments in writing to Deanna Rush at the Permit Board's address shown above, no later than June 10, 2013.  All comments received by this date will be considered in the formulation of final determinations regarding the application(s).  A public hearing will be held if the Permit Board finds a significant degree of public interest in the proposed permit(s).  The Permit Board is limited in the scope of its analysis to environmental impact.  Any comments relative to zoning or economic and social impacts are within the jurisdiction of local zoning and planning authorities and should be addressed to them.

YAZOO COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI

Take notice that Denbury Onshore, LLC (the 'Applicant') has filed an application with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board requesting authority to drill the TFU 18-2 #1 well in the Tinsley Field, Yazoo County, Mississippi, (the 'Well'), as an approved Class II enhanced oil recovery saltwater and/or carbon dioxide injection well.
The proposed surface location is 880 feet from the North line and 2104 from the East line. The proposed bottom hole location is 1215 feet from the North line and 1482 feet from the East line of Section 18, Township 10 North, Range 2 West, Yazoo County, Mississippi.
Applicant requests authority to drill said well as an approved Class II enhanced oil recovery injection well through an injection interval of 4904 feet to 5010 feet below the surface but, in any case, to include the entire Tinsley CO2 Oil Pool as set out in the Unit Order. If necessary, the Applicant will place a liner inside the casing string to protect or provide mechanical integrity. The Applicant may also deepen the well, as necessary, to place the liner in the wellbore. The well will be utilized for pressure maintenance and tertiary recovery operations on the Field Unit, a compulsory field wide unit in the Tinsley Field.
Applicant’s administrative permit application in this matter is on file in the offices of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board located at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, where it is available for public inspection during usual business hours.
Any interested persons wishing to submit written comments to the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board regarding this administrative permit application must do so within twenty (20) days following the publication of this public notice.

Texas Eastern Transmission Corporation, Yazoo City Compressor Station located at Highway 3, in Yazoo City, MS, (713) 989-8333 has applied to the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality for the following permitting action(s): Reissuance of NPDES Permit Ref. No. MS0047457. The applicant's operations fall within SIC Code 4922.       
Texas Eastern Transmission Corporation, Yazoo City Compressor Station is an existing natural gas pipeline compressor station. This permit will authorize the permittee to continue to discharge miscellaneous non-process wastewater from compressor building sump and turbine pit sump, air receiver condensate, equipment cleaning, turbine pit cleaning, and drainage of secondary containment of source control into an Willis Creek, and then into the Yazoo River.  
The staff of the Permit Board has developed this draft permit based on information submitted to the Permit Board by the applicant, appropriate State and Federal agencies and other interested parties. The staff of the Permit Board is soliciting all relative information pertaining to the proposed activity, including public comment, to ensure that the final staff recommendation on the draft permit complies with all State and Federal regulations. Public review and comment on the draft permit and supporting documentation is an important element in the staff evaluation and resulting recommendation to the Permit Board. The draft permit conditions have been developed to ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulations but are subject to change based on information received as a result of public participation.
Persons wishing to comment upon or object to the proposed determinations are invited to submit comments in writing to Deanna Rush at the Permit Board's address shown above, no later than June 7, 2013.  All comments received by this date will be considered in the formulation of final determinations regarding the application(s).  A public hearing will be held if the Permit Board finds a significant degree of public interest in the proposed permit(s).  The Permit Board is limited in the scope of its analysis to environmental impact.  Any comments relative to zoning or economic and social impacts are within the jurisdiction of local zoning and planning authorities and should be addressed to them.
