The Yazoo Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution recently met with Iklana Chapter NSDAR at the First United Methodist Church in Belzoni.
Following the DAR Ritual and Iklana’s reports and business meeting, Yazoo Chapter conducted their business meeting electing their three voting delegates and three alternate voting delegates to National Congress in Washington, D.C. this June.
The speaker, Sacey Joiner, was from Sta-Home Health and Hospice. He spoke on “How to Care for an Alzheimer’s Patient” and the many options and programs available for the patient and the family members.
Sta-Home gave each member present a Sta-Home Saint and Sinners Cookbook.
After the program all the members adjourned to the home of Rose Marie Turner for fellowship and delicious refreshments.
