Lights of Love now underway

Linda Jenkins, chairman of fundraising for the King’s Daughters Hospital Auxiliary Volunteers, reminds the public that the annual Lights of Love campaign in now underway in the community. The yearly event is conducted to raise funds for the purchase of medical equipment, supplies and other needed items at the local King’s Daughters Hospital.
Donations to the fund may be made in memory of or in honor of a loved one or friend. For each contribution, an ornament with the name of the person honored or memorialized is placed on a special tree at the hospital. Also, a personal card of acknowledgment is sent to the person, or family of the person, who is being remembered by the donor. A minimum gift of $5 is suggested.
Contributions may be made to Linda Jenkins, 720 N. Sunset Dr., Yazoo City, MS 39194 or left at the information desk at the hospital.
