Former Yazoo County Sheriff and veteran Highway Patrol officer T.G. “Tom” Sadler died Monday at age 88.
Sadler retired from the Mississippi Highway Patrol after 30 years of service before serving as sheriff for a decade. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1942-46 before beginning his career in law enforcement.
