Community Thanksgiving Service Sunday

The Yazoo Herald

Rev. David Bryant will deliver the sermon at the Community Thanksgiving Service Sunday at 6 p.m. at First Baptist Church.
Rev. Steve Dennis is in charge of the offeratory music.
The service is sponsored each year by the Yazoo Ministerial Association. The members of First Baptist invite everyone to attend. Bryant said all of their services are Bible-based with Ephesians 2:8-9 and John 14:6 being their doctrine.
At 5 p.m. Dave Collins encourages Christian men in Yazoo to gather at First Baptist to pray for the future of the city. Collins is organizing a group of Christian men to serve as mentors for local youth. He hopes to have 300 men in attendance Sunday.
