Benton Academy was 40 seconds away from getting their first win on the year.
Sam Carollo nailed a three point basket from NBA range to cut the deficit to one on Saturday, but the Lady Raiders couldn’t knock down another bucket, falling 41-40 to Mt. Salus.
It was the first of three losses this week for the Lady Raiders (0-4).
