New policy takes effect Nov. 1

Special to The Herald

A new policy will take effect on Nov. 1 at Woolfolk Middle School and Yazoo City High School.
The Yazoo City Municipal School District Board of Trustees recognizes the importance of a safe and orderly environment. Middle and high school students must have clear book bags. Females are also asked to carry a purse 7x10 in size.
Any student found in violation will be subject to disciplinary action.
