Animal control officer says dog laws strictly enforced

By JASON PATTERSON
Managing Editor

Yazoo animal control officer David Rogers says all citizens need to do is call him if they have problems with dogs in the city.
Rogers said one citizen’s criticism during a recent public meeting was unfair.
Barnwell Street resident Mike Frazier recently complained to the Mayor and Board of Aldermen about pit bulls in his neighborhood. Frazier said animals are left unattended and run loose at all times.
