Miss Amy Young and Kenneth CarterRuby Young of Yazoo City announces the engagement of her daughter, Amy Young, to Kenneth Carter, son of Mary Carter of Yazoo City.
Miss Young is the granddaughter of Emma Tall of Yazoo City.
Miss Young is a graduate of Yazoo City High School. She is employed at the child support call center.
Carter is a graduate of Yazoo City High School. He is employed at the Ingram Barge Company.
The couple will be married on November 13, 2010 at 3 p.m. at the Word of Faith Christian Center.
Pastor Edward Taylor, of Word of Faith, will officiate the double ring ceremony.
A reception will follow at the L.T. Miller Community Center.
