Clubview residents plead for relief from vandals
By JAMIE PATTERSON
Three women are begging city leaders to do something about the juvenile problem in Clubview Apartments.
Linda Robinson, who appeared about a month ago, made her second plea to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen about juveniles on a rampage in the small apartment complex she lives in. She also brought two neighbors with her this time.
“We are overrun by young kids, and they are destructive,” Robinson said. “We call the police department, but by the time they get there, the kids are gone.”
Robinson said her neighbors can’t even keep flowers in pots on her porch.
“They turn the pots upside down,” Robinson said. “She replants them, and they do it again.”
