Miss Amanda Grieco and Matthew HassinMiss Amanda Marie Grieco and Mr. Matthew Stephen Hassin are pleased to announce their engagement.  
Miss Grieco is the daughter of Mr. Michael A. Grieco of Spring, Texas, and Mrs. Robin Roberts-Gilliam of Byhalia.  The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Grieco of Palos Park, Illinois, and the late Novella Milligan of Glen.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Danny Hassin of Flowood. Mr. Hassin is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Keleal S. Hassin of Yazoo City and the late Dr. and Mrs. Robert Carsley and the late Thomas O. Metcalfe Jr., of Canton.
Miss Grieco is a 2003 graduate of Rosemount High School, Rosemount, Minn. and is attending Hinds Community College.
Mr. Hassin is a 2000 graduate of Manchester Academy and a 2006 graduate of the Institute of Audio Research, New York, New York. Mr. Hassin is presently attending Belhaven University.  
Wedding vows will be exchanged at a private ceremony in Jackson on September 16, 2010.
After a honeymoon in New Orleans, the couple will reside in Pearl.
