By night’s end it was 2009 all over again as the Patriots shutdown the Panthers 47-6 at the swamp.

“I thought we played a heck of a first quarter, considering for a lot of our kids, it was their first time playing a varsity football game,” head coach Matt Williams said by phone. “Kids were playing hard and executing well.”
