Mavs fall to rival Tri-County

Tri-County needed just nine points for the shutout win as the first game in the Benny McLendon campaign ends in a loss.

“I’m really pleased with the way our kids played and got after it,” McLendon said. “Watching last year’s film and Friday night’s game, defensively we looked better than we did all last year. Offensively though, we’ve got some work to do.”
