Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin RobinsonMr. and Mrs. Benjamin Robsinon exchanged vows on June 16, 2010 in a double ring, beach ceremony in Cocoa Beach, Fla.
The bride, Tashika Tasha Kirkland, is the daughter of Danny Miller and Cathy Kirkland of Yazoo City, and the granddaughter of Linnie Young and late Dorothy Styles of Yazoo City.
The groom, Benjamin Robinson, is the son of Sharon Robinson Lloyd and the late Dan Robinson, and grandson of Sarah Robinson Jones and late Charles Robinson.  
The bride wore an ivory mermaid style Alfredo Angelo taffeta gown with rhinestones, crystal beading and pearls. It has a lace up back and a halter top, with a chapel train
The maid of honor was Tashika's best friend, Andrea Rucker, of Yazoo City.
Bridesmaids included Demetra Williams of Charlotte, NC and Shunda Bogan of Washington, D.C.
The bridesmaids wore yellow, one shoulder gowns with nosette detail, sweetheart necklace and tie back.
The best man was Benjamin's brother, Dan Robinson, of Yazoo City.  
Groomsmen included Archie Taylor of Yazoo City and Cornelius Jones of Jacksonville, NC.
The reception was held at the Reception Hall of Gregory's Steak and Seafood in Cocoa Beach, Fla.
The wedding director was Joanie Arseneault.
Tashika is a master's student at Jackson State University.
Benjamin is a full time student, senior at Jackson State University and employed at the Mississippi Department of Public Safety.
