BY VIRTUE OF AN EXECUTION issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Yazoo County, Mississippi, pursuant to the power granted to it in the Abstract of Judgment issued by the Justice Court of Hinds County, Mississippi dated August 1, 2006 at Docket 2252, Page 3 styled United Credit Corp. Yazoo City v. Mary Agnes Evans, and duly enrolled in the Circuit Court of Yazoo County, Mississippi, Abstract Judgment No. Book M. at Page 65, on August 14, 2006 and duly spread upon the record and recorded in the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Yazoo County, Mississippi. The Circuit Clerk of Yazoo County subsequently assigned the matter of United Credit Corp. -Yazoo City v. Mary Agnes Evans with Civil Action No. 2010-CI53.
WHEREAS full payment has not been made in satisfaction of the above mentioned indebtedness, and payment having been requested by Mary Agnes Evans or the heirs of Mary Agnes Evans, and United Credit Corp. Yazoo City being a rightful Judgment Creditor pursuant to Abstract of Judgment dated August 14, 2006 and referenced aforesaid.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Sheriff, do hereby give notice that on September 8, 2010 between 11:00 o’clock a.m. and 4:00 o’clock p.m., being legal hours of sale, I will proceed to sell at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash, pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 13-3-163 and § 13-3-169, at the South Front Door of the Courthouse of Yazoo County, located in the City of Yazoo City, State of Mississippi, the following real property described, lying and being situated in Yazoo County, Mississippi, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Easterly half of Lots 37 and 35 Lintonia Addition of Yazoo City, Mississippi, and more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the NE corner of said Lot 37; run thence Northwesterly along Third Street 71.25 feet; run thence Southwesterly parallel to Clay Street 100 feet to the Southerly line of said Lot 35; thence southeasterly along the southerly line of said Lot 35 to the right-of-way of Illinois Central Railroad Company; run thence Northeasterly along the line of said railroad right of way 15 feet more or less to the Easterly line of said Lot 35; run thence Northeasterly along the Easterly line of said Lot 35 and of said Lot 37 to the point of beginning.

TAKE NOTICE that Denbury Onshore, LLC (“Petitioner”) has filed a Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above docket requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under Statewide Rule 28 for certain wells in the referenced Field, as identified on Exhibit “A” to the Petition, and for other relief as set forth in the Petition. The Petition in this matter is on file in the records in the office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined.
The Petition will be heard by said Board at 10:00 a.m. on the 15 th day of September, 2010, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.
If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must notify the Board and the Petitioner’s representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 7, 2010, which is seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner’s representative shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance.
