When a criminal determines when to break the law based on when an officer is on duty, that means somebody is doing their job right.
The new Crime Control Team at the police department has many criminals checking in on their work schedule.
“A lot of violators try to find out when these guys are working,” said Chief Eric Snow. “Some of them get arrested and tell them, ‘I didn’t think you were at work today.’”
Officers Willie Hubbard, Justin Vandevere, Dustin Wadford and Jeremy McCoy are behind the special task force that is making an impact in the community. These men work long hours, put in extra work and never complain.
