Mrs. Leola Dillard of Yazoo City is the winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award GIVE Award.
The Governor’s Initiative for Voluntary Excellence awards ordinary people in Mississippi doing extraordinary things to improve communities across the state. The recipients of the 2010 GIVE Awards distinguish individual volunteers, volunteer programs, public servants, faith-based organizations and nonprofit leaders whose innovations in the field of volunteerism have had a tangible impact on their community, region and the state of Mississippi.
