Two Yazoo City storeowners were arrested Thursday morning on charges of welfare trafficking.
Mohamed Almuflahi at Quick Mart on Grady Avenue and Neelam Singh, owner of Jasco on Grand Avenue, were both arrested after investigators uncovered evidence of welfare fraud at both locations.
